What's New for 2025
• Open Enrollment - All changes must be completed by 11/15/2024. If the enrollment process is not completed, your current plan* and coverage elections will remain in effect.
• Medical
Plan design change to the UMR "Low" plan.
Deductible & Out-of-Pocket Max - Increase from $3,200 (individual) / $6,400 (family) to $3,300 (individual) / $6,600 (family).
• Dental, Vision, Life and Disability -
No plan design changes and an increase to the dental premiums.
