Enrollment Information
As a New Hire, to comply with healthcare reporting mandates, it is required that every employee enroll or waive the benefits offered within 30 days of your hire date. This is to ensure that we, as an employer, have captured all of the necessary and up to date employee, dependent, benefit and beneficiary information for each employee.
Enrollment Instructions
1. When ready, phone the Benefits Call Center to enroll.
2. If possible, be in front of a computer or have your smart phone ready when calling.
3. Our representative will then enroll you over the phone.
